In addition to our Site Development services, our Inbound Collocation team markets our client’s assets and manages both new and amended license collocation projects on over 6,000 prime communications sites across the United States.
Mike Kampen’s professional career spans 40 years in business management, commercial real estate, wireless asset management and business information systems. Kampen co-founded KGI Wireless, Inc. in Dallas, Texas in 1997 and has led the company’s growth and diversification during the past 20 years.
KGI currently manages the tower portfolios of over 20 clients with wireless sites in all 50 states. KGI expanded again in 2012 and now offers site acquisition services, construction project management and engineering services.
Mike Kampen’s business philosophy is simple: “Find out what clients want and deliver it to them. Everything else takes care of itself.”
Jeremy is a graduate of Baylor University and has over 19 years of business experience in finance, private equity real estate and site acquisition management. Prior to joining KGI in 2009, Jeremy was a Senior Associate with Rockpoint Finance, an affiliate of Rockpoint Group, LLC and a Senior Financial Analyst with Affiliated Computer Services where he was responsible for structuring technological and business process outsourcing.
Jeremy’s role at KGI includes strategic and corporate financial planning, new site financing, project planning, program management, business development and client relations.
Andy is a graduate of Mississippi State University and has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, contract negotiations and wireless portfolio management that were honed while serving in positions at Banner Commercial and KGI Wireless.
Andy joined KGI in 2010 and his responsibilities include business development, client relations, site acquisition, engineering and construction management. Andy Kampen is a letterman with Mississippi State University’s Golf Team. When you are assembling a foursome, Andy is ready!
Geoff is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and has over 25 years of dedicated experience in the wireless industry. He has an extensive background in real estate, program management, network deployment and network operations. Prior to joining KGI Wireless, he served in a variety of roles including Western Region Director of Operations and Deployment at NextNav LLC., Senior Director of Program Management at FiberTower Corporation, and Vice President of Network Operations and Services at Metricom Inc.
At KGI Wireless, Geoff manages the Inbound Colocation and Site Marketing team that manages hundreds of new collocation and equipment upgrade transactions each year for KGI Wireless’ clients.
Kelly’s professional career over the past 20 years has focused on overseeing the Human Resources strategy, policies and initiatives for start-up and mid-size organizations. Prior to joining KGI in 2020, Kelly was a Vice President of Human Resources at Aero Precision Industries in California, where she was responsible for developing, implementing and managing Human Resources across the business. Her passion is creating an outstanding employee experience that ultimately translates into excellent customer service.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Bill is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and has over 25 years of hands-on experience deploying multiple technologies in the wireless and wireline industry. Over the last two decades, Bill has deployed four generations of wireless technology in a variety of leadership roles where his responsibilities included planning, engineering, construction and operations.
Bill leads the Wireless Services Team for all Small Cell, Dark Fiber, Outside/Inside Plant construction projects. Bill is a problem-solver who believes that integrity, collaboration, respect and hard work are foundational keys for all successful projects.
